1. Offer Details

• Pay ₹2000 in advance to enroll in this offer.

• Get a total of 10 Kg live fish at a fixed price of ₹200 per Kg.

• Regular market price is ₹260–₹280 per Kg – you save ₹60–₹80 per Kg.
  
  

2. Eligible Fish Categories (Category A)

This offer is applicable only on the following live fish varieties:

• Rohu – Live

• Boche – Live

• Goldfish – Live

• Grass Carp – Live

• Meriga – Live

• Tilapia – Live

3. Redemption Rules

• Customers can collect fish in installments of up to 2 Kg per week.

• A minimum gap of 7 days between each purchase is required.

• No maximum time limit – your quota of 10 Kg remains valid until fully redeemed.

• Customers can take up to 2 Kg per week at ₹200/Kg (offer price).

• If the customer takes more than 2 Kg in a week, the extra weight will be charged at the regular live fish price of that day.

4. Payment & Refunds

• The advance payment of ₹2000 is non-refundable.

• This offer cannot be converted into cash, transferred, or exchanged for other products.

5. Availability & Supply

• Fish supplied under this offer are live pond fish, subject to daily availability.

• We share daily fish availability updates on our official WhatsApp channel – customers can follow these updates before making a purchase.

6. Customer Responsibility

• Customers can place an order through their registered mobile number on our website.

• Customers may send an authorized person to collect the fish, provided they notify the store in advance via the registered mobile number or WhatsApp channel.

• If a customer skips a week, the pending quota will be carried forward.

• All transactions are recorded in the Khata Book app. Customers will receive a bill and updated account balance statement on every purchase.

• Customers must register with an active WhatsApp number for communication.

• Customers are required to acknowledge the bill and account statement after receiving it on WhatsApp.

7. Delivery Charges

• Delivery is available on request. Charges depend on the distance from the store.

• For regular deliveries, we may use Uber, Rapido, or Ola Parcel services.

• For bulk orders, our store staff will deliver directly.

• Delivery charges will be shared with the customer before dispatch and must be paid along with the order.

8. General Terms

• The shop management reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this offer at any time without prior notice.

• In case of disputes, the decision of shop management will be final and binding.

• By enrolling in this offer, the customer accepts and agrees to all the above Terms & Conditions.

3. రిడంప్షన్ నిబంధనలు

6. కస్టమర్ బాధ్యత

• కస్టమర్ తన రిజిస్టర్డ్ మొబైల్ నంబర్ ద్వారా వెబ్‌సైట్‌లో ఆర్డర్ పెట్టవచ్చు.

• కస్టమర్ తరపున అధికృత వ్యక్తిని చేపలు తీసుకొచ్చేలా పంపవచ్చు, అయితే ముందుగా రిజిస్టర్డ్ నంబర్ లేదా WhatsApp ఛానల్ ద్వారా స్టోర్‌కి సమాచారం ఇవ్వాలి.

• ఒక వారం స్కిప్ చేసినా, బ్యాలెన్స్ పరిమాణం తర్వాతి వారాలకు కొనసాగుతుంది, రద్దు కాదు.

3. Redemption Rules

• Customers can purchase up to 3 Kg per transaction in the following combinations:

  • 1 Kg from Category A + 1 Kg from Category B + 1 Kg from Category C, or

  • 2 Kg from Category A + 1 Kg from Category B, or vice versa.

• Customers can also purchase up to 3 Kg from any single category (A, B, or C) in one transaction.

• There must be a minimum gap of 7 days between each purchase.

• If a customer purchases more than 3 Kg per transaction, extra weight will be charged at the day’s live market price.

• No maximum time limit — your offer balance continues until all weight or value is redeemed.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

• The ₹6000 advance payment is non-refundable.

• This offer cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another customer.

5. Availability & Supply

• All fish are supplied as live pond or fresh catch, subject to daily availability.
